Qigong Registration (Winter 2022)

Sessions will be held remotely on Mondays, February 14 - April 4, 12:00-12:30pm. You will receive a Zoom meeting link via email immediately upon completing the registration form.

Qigong is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that uses the breath, movement, and intention to cultivate and circulate “Qi” or vital, life force energy. As an exercise system for the mind and body, Qigong is effective in reducing stress and releasing mental and physical tension, while at the same time nurturing inner strength and creativity.
