This session will provide a foundational exploration of critical social theory and the utility of cultivating critical perspectives to interrogate leadership theory and practice. Participants will learn the art of deconstruction and reconstruction of leadership theory and practice, to challenge dominant norms and discover how to engage in leadership grounded in social justice and inclusion.

This workshop is designed for master's students, doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows. For faculty and staff, please contact RackhamEvents@umich.edu to see if we can accommodate your attendance.
