Self-Massage Workshop Registration (Winter 2022)

The session on Wednesday, February 16, 4:00-4:30pm, will be held in-person and will focus on legs and feet. There will also be a Zoom option for this workshop. The session on Friday, March 18, 12:00-12:30pm, will be held on Zoom. You may sign up for either, or both. You will receive an email confirmation that includes the Zoom link for the March workshop immediately upon signing up.
