The Spectrum Center will be presenting an introduction to LGBTQ+ language and identities. Gender identity, attractionality, and pronouns will be introduced. Participants will engage in discussion around inclusive practices that can be employed as well as how to be an active ally. There will be opportunities for participants to reflect on their own experience with allyhood development and identify strategies for personal and organizational change.
