What is the Ukrainian Summer Program Methods Fellowship?
The Ukrainian Summer Methods Fellowship is a waiver of registration fees to attend one general session or up to two topical workshops in the ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods. View the full course list.
With support from the University of Michigan’s Weiser Center for Europe and Eurasia (WCEE) and the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR), a scholarship fund has been established for the purposes of supporting academic research and quantitative methods training for those currently in Ukraine, or those who have been recently displaced from Ukraine as a result of the Russian invasion and ongoing war.

Who can apply?
The Fellowship is open to all students, faculty, and researchers affiliated with a Ukrainian academic, research, or scholarly institution.
