To help us best meet your needs, please note:
- If you need the dean to attend your event, contact Megan Kashani (kashanim@umich.edu) BEFORE you set your event date.
- Submit smaller events/projects (meetings, lunches, flyers, etc.) at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Submit swag requests at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Submit larger events/projects (student or alumni events, speakers, invitations, booklets, etc.) at least 12 weeks in advance.
- Submit bus or transportation requests at least 12 weeks in advance.
Options for support and collaboration may be limited if projects are not submitted within the above recommended guidelines.
